Dignitas Drops Shanks and poised

In a relatively shocking move, Dignitas has released both Kevin “poised” Ngo and Ryan “Shanks” Ngo yesterday, Sept. 21.

Shanks was on the team with the basis of a trail period. The player also recently received a ban on Twitch for sexual harassment behaviors on stream.

Shanks has also been rumored to be apart of a match-fixing scandal. There has been no official statements made by Dignitas, Riot Games, or the player but multiple Counter Strike and VALORANT pros responded to the news as if this was just the tip of the iceberg.

The two players only managed a month with Dignitas and played one A-Tier event, Pop Flash, with the organization. That squad took fourth in the tournament, losing to Envy in the first round of the lower bracket playoffs.
