Twitch Rivals to be First VALORANT Tournament at Launch

Riot Games and Twitch are partnering to host the first global VALORANT tournament on June 2, the game’s launch day.

The Twitch Rivals tournament will feature FPS content creators from around the globe. The confirmed countries so far include North America, Brazil, Latin America, Europe, Korea and Japan.

The Twitch Rivals: VALORANT Launch Showdown will be held over the course of the game’s launch weekend. The tournament is a part of the Twitch Summer Game Fest which includes awards, game developer reveals and more.

The VALORANT closed beta officially ended Thursday, May 28 and had multiple tournaments and invitationals over this period.
